Nihilum Plasma has already won BlizzCon 2008, however China did not have a qualifier for the tournament and therefore Blizzard decided to fly in the highest rated Chinese team, World Elite, to play against who ever would win the BlizzCon tournament.

 

First match went to Nihilum using their normal Warrior Warlock Druid line-up against World Elite's Rogue Mage Priest. Second match Nihilum changed lineup to Warrior Mage Druid, with Inflame playing Warrior and Paperkat playing Mage. They proved to be just as effective against the Chinese team with this line-up as the second match went to Nihilum as well.

In the third match Nihilum came out with a shocking line-up using double Warrior and Druid while World Elite kept their original line-up, but with the rogue as shadowstep. Most expected Nihilum to lose with this line-up but they surprised everyone and won the third match finishing the series off three to zero (3-0) over World Elite.
