In real Life
I'm currently a pupil in the 13th grade on the way to my Abitur on a school with focus on economics. Achievement courses in Economics and Accounting (thats one course) and English. After school i plan to study Economics.
When i am not playing World of Warcraft or some other games to relax i like to hang out with friends.
World of Warcraft (recently)
Playing in Nihilum since one week before The Burning Crusade came out.
Formerly Main Tank and Raid-Leader of Obscurus (Taerar), where we cleared to Sapphiron but never managed to take him down. Applied to Nihilum just to see if i would be taken, was accepted and transferred to Magtheridon. Was the only wielder of the Corrupted Ashbringer on Magtheridon Horde Side for a long time (it recently dropped on a random run@70 for some Hunter), because the only one before had sold his Acc and got transfered or so.
Motivation for WoW dropped during SSC/TK (went pretty inactive, mainly PvP in that time). Playing actively again since BT/Hyjal-Release.
Decided to quit Raiding after Nihilum killed M'uru before Kil'Jaeden was released. See my Blog "Quitting Raiding" for further information.
World of Warcraft - The early beginnings
World of Warcraft started for me with leveling together with some Diablo II/CS-Friends. We leveled together without a real guild until we got invited to Pandemonium (old Azshara-guys might know) when we reached Maraudon, because we leveled pretty fast. After first attempts in Molten Core (with basically all other big guilds, Pandemonium was a guild with only few people in it) the guild broke. My friends and me joined eX Inferis where we played until i transfered to Taerar (Obscurus as mentioned above) on some Open Character Transfer.
At start of WoW i played a Shaman that became my alt when we reached BWL and needed Tanks for Vael. I became the MT at Nefarian due to Tauren imbalance!
Gaming in general
Gaming "career" started with Diablo II which i played until Patch 1.10 where my main characters got useless due to the massive changes so i looked for something else.
Started to play in a ambitioned Battlefield 1942 Clan as a Tank-driver. We were pretty good but as soon as my parents wanted Windows XP on our old Computer (450MHz 192 SD-Ram) Battlefield had massive performance-problems.
Therefore i decided to play Counter-Strike 1.5 due to its low requirements. Played in several Clans (i guess medium/high (27MB Movie) describes it). Total CS-Time was about one and a half years.
I met some friends that i knew from my D2-time and we started to sign up for the US-Beta of World of Warcraft. We played it a lot and we liked the game. When US-Beta ended we continued with korean Beta, EU open Beta and started together at the final release (as you could read above)
