Well since I am a warrior at heart I would have to say the Pat PvP video, which has already being mentioned, the Maydie pvp video and both of Swifty's Incredible Warrior Tricks (the second one is better with his editted in text commentary).
Sadly being at work I can't find links for them so I will edit the post when I get home to include them.
