1. Jeff Lindsey havent written a SINGLE page on any of the material for the tv show, James Manos JR wrote the first season and Daniel Cerone wrote the second season.
2. Therefore your whole argument is pretty much null and void.
3. The tv-adaptation varies ALOT from the source material, not so much in the first season but the second season has VERY few if any similarities to the novels written by Jeff Lindsey, and in my own humble opinion the novels are wastly superior to the tv-adaptation.
