Ill post about my old guild I played with on my druid.

General questions:
What guild do you play in: Nidvardir
What is your guild’s world rank: No idea. Never cba.
What was it 6 months ago: A Kara guild.
What nationality does you guild leader have: English i presume.
How many days a week does the guild raid: 3
How many leaders are there: 8
How many raiding members: About 40-50.
How many levels are there in the guild: (ex. trial, member, gm = 3): 9


The leadership listens to the members: 2
Ranks mean a lot to the members and leaders: 4
The leaders decide what to do: 4
Members’ ideas are often used: 3
The guild is fast at adapting to change: 5
There is a high level of hierarchy: 4
Members are able to influence tactics on boss fights: 3
There is a long way from the leaders to the members: 4
Leaders are being open about problems: 2 (They had some problems with me telling "higher ranks" what to do on a boss fight, since I knew the fight, and I only got one officer telling me why all the others said "Keep your profile low." Lol)
Members are being asked about opinions: 3
It’s easy to change tactics if something works better: 4
There is good communication between leaders and members: 2
If leaders set their mind on a tactic, it’s hard to change it: 2
Members’ suggestions are tried out if they can work: 4
The rank determines how serious you are being taken: 4-5
