My guild healer setup is usually
4 shaman 2 Priest 1 Druid 3 Pala
All except tanks have 120-130 arcane res.
The encapsulate target is Pala's Job
Shamans and Priests spam on the party.
I use grid with custom debuff warning so i can immediatly start spamming chain heal on other party's members.
