My guild on EU - Twisting Nether recently had some problems with getting the raid setup required to do certain fights in Naxx. Patcherk, Faerlina etc etc. I was wondering how you (Nihilum) solved this as your front page proclaims that you also had your fair share of leavers, idiots and unreliable raiders et al. We've just shaved and cut out some of the slackers and we've also had a few of the old school leave for education, work, got bored etc as well as having some of the core members make a bunch of alts on Stormscale and play those as the got tired of wiping because some bad players screwed up fights. We're getting back on track now I think but tell me, you had this problem as well? Naxx is such a tricky place that it causes multiple guilds to have internal problems? |
