Our only problem was that our raid setup from AQ40 didn't work out on all bosses in naxx. We usually had like 8-10 warriors (half prot, without any dps gear). 4-6 hunters, 3-4 warlocks, 4-5 mages 3-4 rogues and alot of healers. On bosses like thaddius/loatheb it just didn't work to have like 3 rogues 5 mages and so on. So we recruited 3-4 rogues 3-4 mages and the first day they arrived we killed thaddius/loatheb and everything is easy mode since then
