Your rotation is
impossible because of the global cooldown with any weapon currently available in the game, without significantly gimping your dps. You are delaying autoshots!
2 shots between autoshots means that with ZERO latency and PERFECT timing (anything less than 0.3s or so margin for error is not very feasible) you would need a 3.45 speed weapon with your spec to pull that rotation off.
you should switch to:
auto->steady+multi
auto->steady
auto->steady+arcane
auto->steady
(and repeat if your poste-hasted weaponspeed is slower than 2.5s)
If you have a shadowpriest so mana is not an issue, then you could do:
auto->steady+multi
auto->arcane
auto->steady+silencing
auto->arcane
(you'd have to spec improved arcane shot though which sucks but might be worth it in this case)
After a doubleshot, the GCD is cooling down into your next "window" between autoshots. This means that you only have time for one more shot without totally destroying your dps.
The reason some people like the gladiator bow is because the slower speed gives more room for error...makes timing the shots easier. It is still not slow enough, unless you aren't using a 15% quiver, to reliably get off 2 special shots between every autoshot and not delay the autoshot.
It sucks that right now hunters are weaker than warlocks and shadowpriests for raiding, but now I think I understand where the Nihilum hunter-hate comes from. You guys need to work out some things, starting with your rotations.
