Adding Custom Textures:
Installing the custom texture. Be sure you know what a custom texture is and how you export them. They need to be in .TGA format in 32bit.
Copy the files to:
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\
The example ill use is called:
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\consolet op.tga
Go to eepanels and start by adding a new panel from default settings:

Go to the newly added panel which will be marked as nameless:

Go to Background Texture: Custom Texture:

Fill in the texture name from path interface. In example case:
Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\consoletop
Hit enter and if done right you will see your texture behind the frame:

Go to Border Texture: Shared Texture: And set it to none to remove the border.

Go to background color:

And change the opacity to 0%:
Now set the texture width:

And height:
