Nihilum got me addicted to Ferry Corsten and Above & Beyond D:
I will say that while I personally think trance fits boss fights better than other genres, the bands that don't fall into that category like A Perfect Circle on the Teron Gorefiend fight still worked very well to me.
Actually, I'm probably biased towards APC because they're my favorite rock band by far. Shame they broke up.
