Wrong, gem for more Damage, i prefer AP-focus but it depends. If you have Flurry go with Crit Rating, if you do not, try to maximize ap while still using the socket bonusses.

ONLY reason to take Axe is if you are an Orc that has Flurry. NEVER EVER take axe if the above requirements are not met.

Executioner is by far the best Enchant out there for PvP, as it adds a lot of Damage and allows you to pierce most often focussed Targets to almost 100% if you sunder them up.
