Endgame Resist Gear question - Nihilum

What endgame content requires what resist gear? I have all this Fire resist and nature resist gear from MC and AQ20/40 i'd hate to see my money go down the drain.

Is there any expansion endgame that requires this resist gear?

Afaik there are some FR Encounters like Magtheridon and the Phoenix in Tempest Keep.
But I haven't been there myself, so it is just what i read about these encounters.
The problem will be, that you need more Stamina and other stats with your FR gear, so you should change some Items.
i.e. as far as I saw on thottbot, there are some new Breast-Plate's with more than just 10FR.
If you are a warrior, and you already have the Dark Iron Helmet with 20fr Enchant, the new helmet won't be much better, so you can recycle some of your gear, but you really should use some new items.

i would imagine that at every point in the endgame raiding you are going to need resistance gear of some sort in bc, and it is likely to be the new stuff, so get farming
