You need a new graphic card for sure... that one is sooo old...

hello guyz I have:
Quad6600 2.40
4x 1gb kinston ram
8800gt 1gb
asus p5k
and real power 440w asus power supply
vista business 64bit

I didn't know that I need 550-600w + power supply before my 8600gts 640mb fcked up
I know I have to buy new power supply first
But I wonder is it the main problem that I have low fps in the games
at wow : when I turn around fast at big cities even normal places fps reduce 20-30 then increase agan 60+

I want ur comments and helps

That's because of the fast reaction, 'cause it hast to load huge textures in let's say just a second or a half. And due the fact that WoW just uses one core of your CPU (afaik), it can just work with a 2.4 GhZ CPU and a normal gfx-card.

so every1 has it or ? also do u thnk should I install xp ? and can't we do anythng about the fps instead of overclock, don't know anythng about it so don't wanna change the hardware settings.

1.Well, I wouldn't say anyone has this, because some people got CPUs with a higher single core clock rate and maybe a better gfx-card, but overall I would say yes, it's usual.
2. No, I wouldn't say you should install XP again. Though Vista needs more hardware, it should be no problem for you because you allready have 4GB Ram, which is quite nice. (btw do you have Vista or Vista 64bit?).
3. I think there is no other way, but anyway, I think when your fps are constantly over 60 and they just go down to 20-30 (what is also fluid gaming), you can live with it without problems.

Arne Can you tell me a good computer that costs 700-800 euro ? I dont have 900-1000 euro now :S and i really need a computer nooow noow. When i mean a decent computer i mean i can play with that computer at least 2 years + without any problems (viruses doesn't counts) and can run Unreal Tournament 3 Crysis Call of duty without lagg and problems. My current Computer sucks pretty much it cant run UT3 :S. Please tell me what processor and other things in a computer i need for 700-800 euro only. Please.
