You're now probably mixing Linux and Mac, since:

- Linux is for the open-source stuff
- Mac is even more closed than Windows (I think).

1.) I doubt an FTP server is going to be what you want. I guess in theory you could download it to school every time you wanted to play, but, you would need to install a mac WoW version at home, and it would take forever to download a full copy of wow to school every time you wanted to play. This isn't the solution you are looking for.

No, remote control isn't what you want. It wouldn't be "a bit laggy". It would be a total comedy farce of unplayability.

This is the best suggestion really, assuming it's possible to plug these devices in. Again, you need to get a mac version installed, so you might have to find someone friendly with a mac somewhere not at school, or spend a long time doing the first install swapping CD's / DVD's into the machine.

Except for the fact about iPod, thanks.
Its not possible to put it on iPod....
You can only get music/pics/movies on it through iTunes, except for old iPods, those can be cracked(I got iPod Touch)

My old Ipod (if the newest video 30gb is old) is accesable for Disk use. and crack? it's just an option in Itunes for me . but i'm guessing they removed that now then.
