Question about Kungen's title - Nihilum

Well I just saw the screenshot when Kungen got 70 and it says Scarab Lord Kungen how the hell to get that?

its when you compleet the q to open the gates of aq, you get a special mount also, its like a LONG quest chain

i see was it also there before the patch like if some1 was hw does this count as a higher rank?

you can just chose it as a rank after the patch, cant say if its higher in rank then high warlord or something
