Default Reborn UI v5 for v6.2

Reborn UI v5 for V6.2
Reborn UI is a unique ui compilation with custom art.
The base installation will provide you with a ready to use custom ui.
Reborn v5 for v6.2 uses the template from v5 with the addons of v6.2. Like any reborn version everthing can be customized to your likings.

Download:

World of Warcraft Compilations: Reborn UI | World of Warcraft @ Curse
Reborn UI Nihilum Link

Reborn v5 for v6.2 is build for 1280x1024 but works with any resolution including widescreen. It might be so that you have to recenter the ui depending on widescreen or not. Check Modifying reborn below on how to do this.
Keep in mind changing the ui scale to something else then reborn uses will require you to relocate all objects.

Different Color Textures:
Included in the package is the folder "Custom Colors". Inside you will find all different colors you had with the old reborn v5.
To install pick your color and go into its folder where you see the .TGA files copy them and paste them here:
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\rebornv5 \

If done correctly it will ask you to overwrite the files. Click yes to change the textures.

Installation:

Start by backing up your files. Easiest way is to rename the Interface and WTF folder to Interface_backup and WTF_backup.
This way you keep your old UI incase you don't like reborn v6.2

Run the game again and login with the character you want to install the ui for. Upon exit you will see a new interface + wtf folder have been placed. You can copy your old config.wtf back which is in WTF_backup\ This file contains all your game settings (resolution ui scaling ETC).

Open Config.WTF and find:
SET uiScale
Change the value behind it to "0.74000000953674" so it looks like :SET uiScale "0.74000000953674"

Now copy the interface + wtf folder from the reborn package to your World of Warcraft folder.

before it will work you need to rename 3 things.
1: Go to World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\
Rename "ACCOUNTNAME" to your account name.
2: World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME
Rename "Realm Name" to your realm name.
3: World of Warcraft\Go to WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME\Realm Name
Rename "Charactername" to your character name.

Run the game and enjoy the UI

Updating the UI:
Updating the UI is easier then ever. Incase addons get outdated you can update all of them with 1 programm.
Because all mods are ACE you can use Winace updater instead of downloading them 1 by 1.
http://wowace.com/wiki/WinAceUpdater
download:
SourceForge.net: WowAceUpdater

How does it work ?
run WowAceUpdater.exe
wait for it to load all your addons hit f10 and voila.

Reborn Modifying Guide:

Addons and Commands:
!!All ace mods are now Using an addon called ROCK to change all its settings !!

type /rock - to modify everything!

Moving stuff around:
In reborn v6.2 like any reborn you can move everything around to fit your needs. To move the panels simply go to /eepanels and unlock them ( /eepanels unlock and /eepanels lock to lock them again. Each panel has its own settings whihc you can change like opacity size etc etc.
After moving the the panels you want to put the action bars back into the frames. Simple go to the bartender icon or /bar and unlock the bars (not buttons) all will show up with GREEN bars around them allowing you to drag them with left mouse button hold down.
To move the Unit frames simply type /pitbull go to configuration (top menu) and un-select lock and move them around. While unlocked you can set configuration mode to party to see party frames without beeing in a party so you can move them to where you want.
moving the minimap simply rightmouse on it and hit unlock. To move the buff / debuff frames hit /ebb go to group 1 and 2 and turn the anchor on.
To move the buff / debuffs allpied counter type /chor and enable the anchor.

Chatwindows are behind eachother general / combat log etc etc. Simply drag them out to move them rightmouse at the tab to unlock the frames to scale and move them.

Enjoy modifying the ui and be sure to post your screenshots on what you created!

Removing the art:
Open /eepanels (or fubar / minimap icon rightmouse)
Go to panels and remove texture1 and texture2

Adding the art:

Adding Custom Textures:

Installing the custom texture. Be sure you know what a custom texture is and how you export them. They need to be in .TGA format in 32bit.
Copy the files to:
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\
The example ill use is called:
World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\consolet op.tga

Go to eepanels and start by adding a new panel from default settings:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step1.jpg

Go to the newly added panel which will be marked as nameless:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step2.jpg

Go to Background Texture: Custom Texture:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step3.jpg
Fill in the texture name from path interface. In example case:
Interface\AddOns\eePanels\Unused\consoletop

Hit enter and if done right you will see your texture behind the frame:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step4.jpg

Go to Border Texture: Shared Texture: And set it to none to remove the border.
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step5.jpg

Go to background color:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step6.jpg
And change the opacity to 0%:

Now set the texture width:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step7.jpg

And height:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~saitoh/WoW/UI/...ures/step8.jpg

Exclamation Reborn 5v - 6.2

Hello, Thanks for the UI.

But there is one question I have to ask you, how do i, hmm, like "attach/unattach" the targetframe or the claw etc, like in the 5v for 6.2 version, the texture only appears when you target someone and disappers when you dont have a target.

the texture from the target is linked to the target frame. If you want to disable that just remove the link. Go to eepanels find the texture and change the Parent to UIParent and its unlocked.

First of all thank you for your hard work with your UI, it is my absolute favourite and recommend it whenever I can.

I have a question about updating, when I used your previous version I downloaded and installed wow ace updater. The problem I had occured after it had finished updating, the update had pretty much defaced my UI and I seem to remember a few errors.

Currently I am manually going through my add-ons to update them too scared to use the auto update facility. Do you know of this issue? Do you know a remedy? I have done a very quick search and perhaps I havent had enough caffine yet but I could not find the answer.

Cheers
Plumplum
