![]() | Shouldn't have anything to do with either your Firewall or Security options, since we don't run anything that would require such in order to make the page work on any browser. So far we've tested on a big range of browsers too, all the way up to 64bit vista etc. More Information Please try to provide us with more information such as
If you're running Internet Explorer, then mouse over HELP and click ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER - That should tell you the version. Please reply with it here! Taking a Screenshot To take a screenshot, click "Prt Scn" (Print Screen) on your keyboard, it's usually above the Key Arrows (left of the Keypad) - Prt Scn can also be portrait as 'Print Screen' or something similar depending on your keyboard. Some laptops have it placed randomly. Saving the screenshot - Open Start and find Paint (Microsoft Paint) - It's usually under accessories. Alternatively you can either type Paint in Run (Windows XP) or in Start Search (Windows Vista). When you've opened Paint, paste the screenshot by holding down CTRL + V - Mouse up to the bars and click File then Save as to save the screenshot. Remember to save it in in JPG (JPEG) - NOT BMP! Remember where you saved the screenshot Then upload the picture to a hosting iste, such as ImageShack® - Hosting. Save the Uploaded URL and post it here. Tips Always remember to keep your computer updated through Windows Update - Same deal with your browser, keep it updated to get rid of bugs. Do you have problems with other sites? If Yes - Then please try to Virus + Malware scan your PC, if you don't have a scanner program, I suggest you try and use one of the Free Online Scans such as: Trend Micro HouseCall - Free Online Virus and Spyware Scan - Trend Micro USA Let it scan for everything, and all your drives, it will probably take a while. I personally use this site every now and then, to have a independent scanner go through my PC, instead of a static one from my harddrive. If you don't like Trend Micro you can do a search on Google for "Free Online Virus Scan" which would provide you with these results - The 3 top choices, Trend Micro, BitDefender, and Kaspersky are all good choices in free online virus/malware scans. Hope it helps, don't hesitate to reply please, we want to solve this problem quickly. |
